This is my second year as the Carroll Vice President. I am a Marine Veteran, Assistant Council Commissioner for the Scouts of America, and a father to a Carroll 1^st grader and a 7^th grade Carroll alumni. My goal this year is to find new ways to keep our Carroll Unit engaged.
