This is my first year as the Carroll PTA Secretary. I am a Marine Veteran, Assistant Council Commissioner for the Scouts of America, and a father to a Carroll 3rd grader and a 9th  grade Carroll alumni. My goal this year is to find new ways to keep our Carroll Unit engaged.
